Personal Development & Tutorial in Year 13 focuses on Pathways and preparation for exams & next steps post-sixth form. Please make sure you attend all Monday P3 tutorial sessions as these contain really key information about this year & beyond!
- Higher Education and Post 16 Application process
Tutorials over the first Autumn half term will be supporting students in their applications to university or apprenticeships. The LaSWAP UCAS deadline is 5th December 2025.
We ran a UCAS guidance event for students & families in June 2025; you can find a recording on our Webinar page or request slides from lpearcey@aclandburghley.camden.sch.uk .

- Assessment
The week beginning 29th September 2025 is the first formal assessment period for Year 13, followed by our mocks in March 2026. Our assessment cycle is reviewed every year, and we structure it so that you gain as much meaningful practice as possible and are well prepared to succeed in your final exams next summer. An important aspect of this preparation and practice is completing mock assessments in timed conditions and in the venue where they ultimately take place. You can find the March exam timetable here
- Vocational students
Students on vocational courses will have formal external exams during the year and these will be communicated with you directly by subject teachers. There may also be some mock exams for some Vocational courses; you will receive individual timetables closer to the time.
